These terms cover your use of StepPics. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who we are

StepPics is operated by Forcehunt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14641925). Registered office: Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Forcehunt Ltd trading as StepPics.

What StepPics is

StepPics helps adults create visual, step-by-step picture routines for children who follow pictures more easily than words. It is a tool for the adult who creates the routines; it is not a medical, diagnostic, or clinical service.

Your account

You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

No child data

StepPics is designed so that no information about a child is ever stored. Please don’t enter a child’s name or personal details into prompts, step labels, or feedback — treat everything you type as adult-authored notes about a task.

Plans and billing

• The free plan lets you save up to five sequences. If a paid plan lapses or is cancelled, you return to that free limit.
• Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, our payment provider; the charge comes from Forcehunt Ltd trading as StepPics. You can manage or cancel it anytime from the Stripe customer portal; cancelling stops future charges.
• School plans are set up through us directly rather than self-serve — get in touch.

Your content

You keep ownership of the routines and photos you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you and to people you share a link with.

Symbols

The picture library uses Mulberry Symbols © Steve Lee, licensed CC BY-SA. That attribution must remain on anything you export or share.

Acceptable use

Don’t use StepPics to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

StepPics is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we’ll change the date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
