StepPics turns a plain-language prompt into a visual task sequence. It is built for the adult (a parent, carer, or teacher) who creates the sequence — no part of StepPics stores information about a child. There are no child names, rosters, or student records anywhere in the product, by design.

Who we are

StepPics is operated by Forcehunt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14641925, registered office: Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX). Forcehunt Ltd is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the account holder — the adult who signs in and creates sequences. We never ask you to enter a child’s details, and we ask that you don’t.

What we store

• Your account: your email address and role, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
• Your routines: the titles, steps, ordering, and any step labels you write, plus the prompt you generated them from.
• Photos you upload: optional step photos are stored in a private bucket and only ever served to you through short-lived signed links. They are never public, never searchable, and are hidden from shared links.
• Product signals: generation records (your prompt and how steps matched our symbol library) and anonymous run/feedback counts, used to improve the results. These never contain child identifiers.
• Routine notes: an optional note you can write in account settings about how routines work in your home. Only you write it — the AI reads it when making schedules but never adds to it — and you can edit or clear it at any time from account settings.
• Billing: if you subscribe, we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.

AI generation

When you generate a routine, the prompt you type — along with any clarifying answers you give and your optional routine notes — is sent to our AI provider to plan the steps. Please keep all of these about the task, not the person — don’t include a child’s name or details.

Sharing

If you choose to share a routine, anyone with the link can view it and (once signed in) clone their own copy. Shared views contain only the steps and symbols — uploaded photos are replaced with a neutral placeholder so a private photo is never exposed through a link. You can stop sharing at any time from the share screen; the link stops working immediately (copies someone already cloned remain theirs).

Cookies & analytics

We use the cookies required to keep you signed in. We use PostHog for basic product analytics and error reporting so we can find and fix problems — it never receives your routines, photos, or email address. PostHog processes this data in the United States under its data-processing agreement. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from your account settings. Deleting removes your routines, uploaded photos, and account record, and cancels any active subscription.
